With the summer months approaching, we would love to be your furry family member’s Bed & Biscuit for their stay-cation, while you go on your vacation! 😄🧡
Listed below is some information and requirements for our services (both boarding & grooming):
Office Hours:
Open every day from 8am-5pm, but we are closed every day from 1pm-2pm for lunch and cleaning
How to make a reservation:
You can call us at 217-764-3488, reach out through FB, or send us an email at [email protected].
**As a reminder, please be patient as we may be busy with cleaning, feedings, playtimes, or other clients when you first reach out, we will answer you as soon as possible. :)
Our requirements for boarding go as followed:
Dogs:
1. Bottrell Bed & Biscuit contract filled out and signed prior to boarding.
2. All dogs are required to be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper Combo (DHPP, DHLPP, DHPP+L), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) Vaccines. We also require a copy of up-to-date vaccine records prior to boarding.
3. All dogs must be on flea prevention (collar, chew, topical, or etc. will suffice).
4. We also highly recommend heartworm prevention as warm months will bring out mosquitoes.
Cats (Yes! We do board cats!):
1. Bottrell Bed & Biscuit contract filled out and signed prior to boarding.
2. All cats are required to be up-to-date on the Rabies & Feline Distemper (FVRCP) vaccines. We also require a copy of up-to-date vaccine records prior to boarding.
3. All cats must be on flea prevention (collar or topical will suffice).
**Contracts can be obtained in office or via email to [email protected] , and brought back the day of boarding or sent back via email.
**Vaccine records may be brought the day of drop off or sent via email to [email protected] prior to the day of boarding.
Grooming Information:
- We do offer grooming on site, by appointment ONLY. Our groomer is an independent contractor from Bottrell Bed & Biscuit, and makes their own schedule and grooming rates. (Note: Boarding at Bottrell Bed & Biscuit does not mean your request for grooming during your pet’s stay is guaranteed, as it is subject to our groomer’s schedule.)
- Repeated no call/no shows for grooming appointments may require a deposit for future appointments.
Grooming Requirements:
1. Contract filled out and signed.
2. All pets using grooming services are required to be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper Combo (DHPP, DHLPP, DHPP+L), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) Vaccines.
3. All pets using grooming services are also required to be on flea prevention.
