Happy Veterinary Assistant Week to Kaden! 🩺🐾

While you’ll most often find Kaden at the front desk, she plays an incredibly valuable role in keeping our clinic running smoothly each day. She’s often the first friendly face you see when you walk through our doors and the first voice you hear when you call the clinic.

Although she is new to veterinary medicine, we truly can’t imagine a day here at Patter without her help, dependability, and care. We’re so grateful to have her as part of our team and excited to celebrate her during Veterinary Assistant Week! 💙

A quick update from the Patter Vet Co team 🐾

To continue providing the highest level of care and service to our patients, we’ve implemented an updated prescription refill policy effective immediately.

We are no longer able to authorize prescription refill requests from outside pharmacies by phone, fax, or email. However, we are happy to provide a written prescription for you to pick up and submit to the pharmacy of your choice.

Thank you for your understanding and for trusting us with your pets’ care — allowing our team to spend more time focused on patient care and client service. 💙

Andy is spending his summer with us as a veterinary assistant while gaining as much hands-on experience as possible before starting the veterinary program at UGA this fall. We’re so excited for him and proud to be part of his journey into veterinary medicine!
