🚫 Today FMCMA recruited 5 new members to NO MORE LITTERS club. Poppy, Bandit, Willow, Simba, and Winston are official members now after trip to MU Shelter Medicine and back.

🥰 These five adorable and sweet cats were the purr-fect passengers. Sherry was tempted to take them home, especially Winston, but their owner would have missed them. And rightfully so!

❤️ We appreciate the staff at MU Shelter Medicine for providing spay and neutering services at a low cost to our rural rescue. We also appreciate pet owners, like Tara, who are committed to making sure their pets get fixed before they are overwhelmed with more.

🐈‍⬛ Today we sent 6 cats to MU Shelter Medicine. Cole, Chopper, Seven, Cream, Oreo, and Princess, who will be now named Prince 😬, made the trip to Columbia and back. Now they are the newest members of the NO MORE LITTERS CLUB!

❤️ This group of sweet kitties are from two separate colonies that we have been working with this year to reduce the number of cats being born. Both owners have been great to work.

🐾 If you care for cats in your neighborhood, please make sure you also get them fixed. If not, the small group you feed can double or triple in numbers in a short time. FMCMA offers free spay and neuter vouchers for cats and dogs. Contact us for more information.

🚙 Thank you Jodie Langhammer for picking them up after their surgeries.

🚫 Today we sent 5 cats (Fluffy, Lila,Tosha, Harry, and Buddy) to MU Shelter Medicine. That’s 3 females and 2 males to become new members of the NO MORE LITTERS CLUB!

🐈 We love helping owners who willing to stepping up and try to take control of the amount of cats they are caring for before it becomes overwhelming for them. We can’t even begin to control the overpopulation of cats in our area, but we can make a difference with your help!

🐾 Right now rescues like ours are overwhelmed with requests for help with too many cats. We are unable to take cats into our rescue as we don’t have fosters or a shelter. We also won’t help you “get rid of them”. But we can help you manage what you do have by offering free spay and neuter vouchers. Contact us for more information.

❤️ Thank you to the MU Shelter Medicine staff for providing spay and neuter services. They are a blessing for rural rescues like ours.
