Did you know that you can put money on your account to save for future appointments?
You are more than welcome to put money on your account at any time. You can call and use a card over the phone or you can pop in to pay with cash or check in person. This can help you save up for your more costly appointments such as bloodwork, complex testing, or surgery. That way, you are not paying it out all at once.

It's Spooky Season!
Halloween is almost here, so here's some important safety tips.
1. Keep the candy to the humans! We all know chocolate is toxic, but other candy is a no-no as well. Even the wrappers can pose a risk of blockage, so make sure the candy stays out of pets' reach!
2. Make sure your pets' ID is up to date! This includes making sure tags are readable and microchips have current information attached. With trick-or-treaters coming around, this is very important!
3. Keep your pets under control! This includes making sure pets going out with you are leashed with a properly fitted collar or harness, pets in your home are away from the door, and keep your cats inside! With extra people and traffic being out, especially since it's getting dark earlier, this is the best way to keep your pets safe.
4. Feed your pets before trick-or-treaters come! This makes your pets less likely to beg for or steal the candy they should not be eating.
5. If you think your pet will be stressed with trick-or-treaters, now is the time to call and ask for products like ThunderEase, Feliway, or Anxitane to help!

Just a friendly reminder to please provide at least 24 hours notice for prescription refills. Medications requested on Saturdays will be ready after 10am Monday. Requests received after hours via text, email, or voicemail may not be ready until later the following day. This includes medication, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and food. All refills require a doctor's approval for your pet's safety and this allows time for the doctor to review your request and our staff to fill it. We appreciate your cooperation!
