The Kansas VMA is proud to support the next generation of animal‑health leaders through our sponsorship of the Kansas FFA Veterinary Science Proficiency Award.

And with FFA Match Day coming up on February 26th, there’s no better time to celebrate the students who are building their future in veterinary medicine and agriculture.

To every FFA member learning, leading, and serving across Kansas — we’re cheering you on. 🐾🌾

As the AVMA Leadership Conference comes to a close today, we’re thankful for the Kansas VMA leaders who represented our state in Chicago.

Thank you to Drs. Maureen Sutter, Roxanne Witt, and Jonathan Austin, and KVMA Executive Director Megan Kilgore, for investing their time and energy into leadership, connection, and the continued growth of veterinary medicine.

The Kansas Veterinary Medical Association wishes you a safe, joyful, and patriotic 4th of July! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate our nation’s independence, it’s also a good time to remember our four-legged friends. Fireworks, heat, and holiday treats can pose risks to pets — a little extra care can help keep them safe and stress-free.

Wishing you and your animals a wonderful holiday! 🐾❤️💙
