My days are long, but my heart is full of gratitude. 🙏

Even through illness, I'll answer the call for those who need a little extra support.

Seeing the difference my work makes for animals and their owners gives me so much purpose. It's what keeps me going, keeps me learning, and keeps me striving to hone my craft every day.

Thank you to everyone who trusts me to be part of your animals' care journey.

It should come as no surprise that after a couple of fairly major events blew up across social media, people have gotten a little feral about what they believe in.

I won't be adding to that fire.

What I will say is this: parasocial relationships can be dangerous. Just because we follow someone's story online—especially someone with a large platform—doesn't mean we know the full picture. We only see what gets shared, not everything that happens behind the scenes. Creators don't need you to fight their battles for them either (read that again.)

Attacking other creators, or anyone else for that matter, over differing opinions isn't helping anyone. We need to normalize saying, "I don't agree," and moving on. Not every thought needs to be shared, and not every situation needs our commentary.

Whether you agree with the decisions that were made or not, there are real people on the other side of these conversations. People who are grieving. People who made choices they genuinely believed were right at the time. Feeling the need to defend those choices is a very human response.

Social media shouldn't be a place where people are afraid to share their experiences because they're worried about being torn apart in the comments.

I have my own opinions on each of the multiple situations blowing up, and I'm choosing to keep them to myself because sharing them won't change the outcome. There's no point in it, it doesnt help, and there are plenty of other things you can choose to do with that energy that are actually helpful and productive.

All I'm saying is this: you don't have to agree, but you also don't have to add to someone's grief. Go ride your horse, smell the flowers, breathe and be thankful for everything you have.

Want to bring PEMF to your barn without coordinating travel for everyone individually?

I'm still offering my Barn Host incentive program! This is a great way to make PEMF more accessible for everyone at your barn while saving on travel and scheduling.

If you organize a PEMF day at your barn and book 5 or more horses, your horse receives a complimentary PEMF session as a thank you for hosting. I'm certified for human, large and small animals and offer rider and me package deals. I am also still running my buy 4, get the 5th one FREE package.

PEMF and combined bodywork sessions can be beneficial for performance horses, horses in various stages of rehabilitation, senior horse mobility, horses returning to work after time off, hospice care and general wellness and maitenence. I have learned several different techniques from fellow colleagues that give me a truly comprehensive approach to wellness and improved quality of life.

Located in Southern NH and willing to travel within 3 hours in New England for larger groups.

Message me for availability, pricing, and to schedule your barn's PEMF day. I currently have all day availability for Thursdays and Fridays for people who would like a morning/early afternoon appointment ✨️

Now accepting a limited number of training horses in Lyndeborough, NH. Every horse receives a customized training plan tailored to their individual needs, goals, and intended discipline.

One stall opening currently available, or shared run-out board within a group setting. Horses in my program are encouraged to live as naturally as possible, with extensive turnout, a track system both inside and outside the pasture, and minimal stalling whenever appropriate.

Services include but are not limited to groundwork, rehabilitation, gaming, driving/pulling, select c**t starting, pleasure/equitation and continued education for green broke horses. I'm happy to work on most goals that fall within my areas of expertise.

While I have a soft spot for draft breeds, all breeds are welcome. My focus is creating safe, willing partners with the foundation and longevity to succeed in their chosen discipline.

With veterinary knowledge and certification as a PEMF practitioner, I take a comprehensive approach to training, soundness, and overall horse wellness. Horses in the program also have access to multiple professional service providers who visit on a routine schedule.

If you'd like to discuss your horse and training goals, send me a message to build a program that fits both horse and owner.

This sport exposes excuses fast.

You can blame ground, draws, setups, pressure, luck, trainers, veterinarians, farriers, entry numbers, or whatever else makes you feel better for a little while… but eventually the truth catches up.

The competitors that keep improving are usually the ones willing to look at themselves honestly first. That applies to riding, business, and life.

Accountability isn’t always comfortable, but it’s usually productive.
