We did something new yesterday! ❤️❤️❤️ Check out Miss Eleanor's heart hips and booties!

We needed to keep Eleanor's body pretty short for ease of maintenance, and wanted to ideally blend in a shaved spot on her leg from a recent vet visit, but she also needed something unique! Here is what I came up with 😄 Thank you Abbey for trusting me to do crazy stuff with your girls!

🌈🎉 Professional Pet Styling is proud to announce we are a sponsor for the 3rd annual BIG GAY DANCE PARTY! 💃🏻 A Pride celebration on June 20th!

🕺The dance will feature a rad DJ, bar, food vendors, hair tinsel and face painting, and a silent auction to benefit the Lavender Lodge. At the auction you can bid on a goodie basket and gift certificate from Pro Pet Styling! 👀

💜 This event is being organized by the Lavender Lodge, an inclusive gathering space and member organization for q***r people and allies in the Lynchburg area. They are doing great work for our community and we are happy to be supporting them in putting on this dance!

Say hello to Chipper! 😄🍩 Chipper has had some less than stellar experiences with previous groomers, so he comes to us with a lot of fear and anxiety. We've been working with his mom on finding ways to keep him comfortable during his groom, and yesterday was the best he's been yet! So happy he posed for some pics 💜 Thank you for trusting us with your Chip!

Casey and I were back in Virginia Beach 🏖 over the weekend learning all about cat grooming from the incredible Anjie Coates! Anjie is a Certified Master Cat Groomer 🐈and a Certified Master Rabbit Groomer 🐰, among many other titles. In our classes yesterday she covered handling difficult cats, cat bathing techniques, cat safe cleaning protocols, cat anantomy and physiology, and much more. We had a great experience and will be bringing everything we learned back home with us to help us better serve both cats and rabbits too!

Professional Pet Styling is searching for a groomer to join our growing team! We are a small quiet salon, its a great spot to get away from corporate life. If you are passionate about grooming, and excited to provide a welcoming and trusting environment for clients and pets, this is for you!

-Candidate ideally has at least one year full time experience grooming a variety of dog breeds.
-This is a W-2 position, $15hr/50% commission.
-Position will ideally be full time, but willing to work with the right candidate on flexible hours.
-We provide paid continued education opportunities
