🐾🖤 PUNKY PAWS GROOMING LLC — IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATES! 🖤🐾
To help keep appointments running smoothly and ensure every pup gets the time and attention they deserve, I’m implementing a few important policies. Please take a moment to read through them! 🩷
⏰ LATE PICKUP POLICY
I will continue sending a 20-minute notice before your pup is ready for pickup. Once you receive the message that your pup is officially ready, you will have an additional 10-minute grace period to pick them up.
After those 10 minutes, a late pickup fee of $1 per minute will apply.
💕 If we have a prior agreement for a later pickup time, the fee will not apply as long as the agreed-upon pickup time is honored.
🐶 LATE DROP-OFF POLICY
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment! I allow a 10-minute grace period for drop-offs.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your pup that day. A late fee of $1 per minute will apply after the 10-minute grace period.
If your pup cannot be groomed that day due to a late arrival, 50% of the scheduled groom price will be charged to compensate for the reserved appointment time and lost income.
📅 NO-SHOW & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you miss your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, a fee of 50% of your scheduled groom price will be charged.
I understand that unexpected things happen, and I appreciate communication as early as possible if you need to change your appointment!
🖤 WHY THESE POLICIES MATTER
As a one-on-one grooming salon, my time is dedicated to each individual pup. Late arrivals, late pickups, and missed appointments affect my schedule and my ability to serve other clients.
