So, a little bit about me... My name is Amy and I am the Lead Trainer at The Dog Haus K9 Solutions. I have always had a passion for animals and dogs so in 2019 I decided to quit my 9am - 5pm job and pursue my passion! I graduated from the Starmark Academy for Professional Dog Trainers in 2020 as a certified Canine Training Specialist. My goal is to help people have better relationships with their

dogs by helping them to learn how to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries and have realistic expectations. Congratulations to Seraphina—also known as Phina, Pheeny, and Pheeny-Weeny! 🥰 This sweet little girl came to us wanting to be held, included, and directly beside someone at all times.

During her Board & Train, Phina learned to settle independently, respect boundaries, walk nicely, come when called, and work through new experiences with greater confidence. She made wonderful progress without losing an ounce of her sweet, affectionate, and playful personality. 💕

Her sweet family was so excited to see her progress and is dedicated to continuing her training at home. She may still have a few opinions about the fine print, but Pheeny-Weeny is officially a graduate! Great job, Phina! 🐾

🎓 Congratulations, Baylor!! 🎓

Baylor—also known as “Fabio” thanks to that fabulous hair 🥰 —has officially completed his 4-week Board & Train! He arrived as 98 pounds of sweetness and enthusiasm, complete with full-body welcome parties and a strong desire to be involved in everything around him. 😅

Baylor made great progress with his leash manners, impulse control, working through distractions, settling calmly, and listening no matter who is holding the leash. 💪

The real work begins at home, but his family is ready to keep building on his progress alongside his dog sister, Gumbo. Great job, Baylor! 🩵🐾

This sweet miniature dachshund is spending a few weeks with us for our Board & Train program! She’s working on coming when called, listening even when she would rather call the shots, and building the confidence and independence to relax without being physically attached to her people at all times! 🥰

Baylor is joining us for our Board & Train program! This sweet German Shepherd will be working on polite manners, loose leash walking, building confidence and independence, and listening a little more consistently no matter who's holding the leash!

🎓 Congratulations, Doc!! 🩵

Doc has officially graduated from his Board & Train program! 🎉

After being rescued as a tiny puppy behind an AC unit, Doc-a-roo has come a long way.🥰 Over the past few weeks, he's continued building confidence while learning the skills he needs to be a well-mannered companion both at home and out in the real world. 💪 From mastering his obedience to making better decisions around distractions, this goofy little guy has worked hard every step of the way!

Emily has done a wonderful job giving Doc a second chance ❤️, and we're excited to see them continue building on everything they've learned together!

Congratulations again, Doc-a-roo! We can't wait to see all the adventures ahead. 🩵

Look how great this cute little guy, Doc, is doing practicing Place! 🩵🐾

The training room door is wide open, but he's choosing to stay right where he's supposed to be until he's released. 💪 It's all part of building patience, impulse control, and good decision-making!

Tony recently spent some time with us while his family was out of town! 🐾

I think It's safe to say Tony had a good time. 😂

One of the perks of training with The Dog Haus is that dogs who have trained with us are eligible for boarding when space is available.
