* How do I purchase a custom chameleon feeder from Sunset Chameleons?

- Contact us through Facebook Messenger! We currently accept payment through Zelle, PayPal, and Facebook Pay. Please use the following format to receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible...

1. Name used on CC or billing method (e.g., if your billing is under a MAIDEN n

ame, but you order using a MARRIED name, it can cause delays in your order)

* Can you create a custom feeder for me?

- Certainly! Our 3" and 4" feeders can be customized to meet your specifications, such as color and height. Need something outside of 3" or 4"? We can do that, too.

- Contact us through Facebook Messenger for information and pricing on any custom order. If you would like a phone call, please send your number in the message. We will return your call promptly, usually the same day.

* Is this safe for my chameleon?

- Absolutely! We use only acrylic paints, every feeder is cleaned and washed by hand, and inspected prior to being boxed for shipment.

* What if I dont like my feeder? What if something's missing/incorrect in my order?

- Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately for support. We aren't happy until YOU are happy.

* My reptile looks sick/what size cage do I need/how do I become a breeder/etc

- Because we do not constantly monitor our page, we suggest asking these questions in a forum or Facebook reptile group. We most often use Chameleon Central, but there are many great sites on the Facebook platform.

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all well. I just wanted to drop an update on here today. I’ve had to close my website down this week as I’m no longer able to fill any orders. I’ve cancelled and shipped out all of the orders I currently had in stock with the help of my nephew and am no longer taking any orders of any kind.

I’ve been getting set up to get shoulder surgery for a while now and as of last week, I now also have a herniated disc in my upper back. It’s stopping me from being able to do anything. I’ve spent the past week and a half on the couch and in bed 24/7 unable to really do anything.

I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m going to be incapable of working on anything for quite a while. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

This is NOT how I wanted to end 2025. 😞

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and hope to be back at it as soon as my body allows me. Thanks for your orders and patience. I appreciate you all.

Thank you so much for all of the orders everyone!! I’m going to shut my sales down tomorrow for 3-4 weeks. I have a family matter that I have to deal with that’s taking me away from work for a while.
