Furry and fresh friends for the week. Some super cute pups. Some had their first haircut or groom. Some were getting their “hunting” cut. Some old timers that needed some spa time. We had them all and loved it!!

This here is part of why we do what we do. I wish I had a before picture of Trevor’s coat. He was suffering with a nasty skin infection. His owner was on it quickly and took him to the vet where he was placed on antifungal medication and antibiotics. He was also prescribed a medicated shampoo. I have been bathing him once a week for 6 weeks now. The improvement is incredible. Not only is the infection gone the hair is growing back and Trevor is so much more comfortable.

These skin issues are becoming more common among our family pets. Please take the time and look over your furry friends and examine their skin. It’s our job to make them look and feel their very best.

This is another reason I (April) and furthering my education and getting certified in Holistic Animal Nutrition, so I can better understand how the dogs body works from the inside out and how we can help things before they can even start.

Shout out to Trevor’s mom for taking the time and commitment to his care and making this old man feel so much better.
