Yesterday was Jakes last day.
We love you.

Jake is 17 years old and living with cancer.

he becomes a puppy once again!🐶

This is the third winter that we have said,
"This might be Jakes last winter". ❄️😞
So of course, the perfect Christmas gift for a dog who absolutely loves winter is a winter camping trip to an off grid moonshiner shack on a river here in this great state of Ohio! ❄️🎄⛄️🐶
It was cold and our Christmas was white. He took lots of naps on his soft bed and explored close to the cabin since walking wears him out so easy at his age.
( he is adopted, but he should be around 17yrs old now)
Jake had a great time! And so did we!

Took the dogs camping with me on the river for Mothers Day week .
Jake sure loves camping.
His brain wants to hike but his 16 year old body says,... "nope"!😬
Short walks in the cool morning or afternoon was all he could manage and he was as happy as can be with that ! Lol!☺️

Been a while since I posted for Jake and this one is from this past winter. It was a day trip to Malabar Farm on a mild day.
He loves the cooler winter days and has soooo much more energy on cold days. We had a great time!❄️☺️
