We are located right on the easement for the East Winningkoff trail head, please park at the water tower which is in the City of Lucas park as there is no authorized parking along Welborn or by our residential gate. You will see posted signage so please respect our land and that of the North Texas Municipal Water District. Only those on horseback and pedestrians walking can access it legally that means no ATVs, dirt bikes, regular bikes or motorized vehicles.

Got this fantastic new hay hut for the horses to graze slowly on all day long. It’s so nice as it has a net and limits the amount of waste. Reach out if interested in getting one as we can refer you to the horse rescue non profit we purchased it from!

Cisco, Ziggy and Sam are our newest 3 boarders who love the acreage, fresh water and cooler Texas weather! We are happy to have them and if you want to board with us we have spots and would love to add you to our pasture family!

Our mini cows, Betty and Wilma, love their food. They make great companions for your boarded horses and as you can see we are tilling for lots of grasses and luchious greens to grow for even better muchies.

We are proud to be a Trinity Trail Preservation Association Trinity Trail Preservation Association (TTPA) Draft Horse Sponsor in 2021. Our 13 acres is less than 1 minute away from an entrance so access to the 25 miles of trails cannot be easier. Come check us out :)
