Friends, a little business reminder.
We have a policy in place for a reason, and while I have been lenient lately and allowed some orders to be booked without immediate payment, waiting for payday, etc. that will be changing going forward.
Starting now: no payment at the time of booking = no order.
I completely understand that life happens, but I also have to protect my time, my business, and the money that goes into purchasing ingredients and supplies for your orders. Once an order is booked, I am setting aside time, supplies, and a spot on my schedule specifically for you.
I truly appreciate every single person who supports my small business, and I promise this policy isn’t meant to be rude, but at the end of the day, I don’t bake all day long…. I have days specifically dedicated to baking & prepping so my items are freshly made— My policy simply is a boundary I need to stick to in order to keep things running smoothly. 💗
If payment isn’t received when your order is booked, your order is NOT considered confirmed.
Thank you for understanding, respecting my policies, my time, my mindset for cakes, and continuing to support my little business. 🐾💕
