At any moment, our receptionists are:
📞 Answering phones
🗓 Scheduling appointments
🐶 Checking in wiggly patients
💊 Handling meds & records
😅 And answering “just one quick question” (you know the one)

All at the SAME time.

They make it look easy—but we know better.
