🌟HIRING PART-TIME BARN HAND🌟

Looking for a dependable, hard working individual who works well with others as well as being a self-starter who can work productively independently. Experience operating a tractor is required. Experience watering and prepping arenas for events is preferred.

Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
Must be timely and proactive with job responsibilities.

Seeking long-term employment ***NOT seasonal***

Location: Lubbock, TX
Position: Barn Hand
Shifts: AM/PM shifts open
Hours: Part-Time (possibly of additional hour depending on experience)
Pay: Depends on experience

Duties:
- Cleaning stalls/turnouts
- Cleaning waters tubs
- Turning horses in/out
- Feeding/Watering horses
- Blanketing Horses
- Facility Maintenance (mowing, w**d control, fixing panels, building turnouts, etc.)
- Road maintenance - weekly
- Arena Maintenance (weekly watering/dragging) and prep for a variety of events
- Rebuilding turnouts
- Shredding
- Drainage maintenance

Skills:
- Motivated
- Reliable
- Timely
- Teachable
- Trustworthy

Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation
- Drivers Licenses
- Able to lift 50lbs or more
- Experience operating tractor and other farm equipment
- Experience haltering and walking horses
