We continue to have questions regarding our change in on-call/emergency care, making appointments etc. We thought we would re-share this letter that was sent out to all of our clients in late August.
We are working hard at recruiting new veterinarians and hope to announce some results in the near future. We thank you for your continued support and patience.

Just a friendly reminder about our after hours/emergency care hours and policy. We now partner with VetTriage for small animal after hours/emergency care. After 9 pm, 7 days a week, VetTriage will offer video telehealth services. For a small fee, they will assess your pet on a live video chat to determine if your pet requires immediate emergency care, or simple monitoring at home until our clinics reopen.
There is a CVC Veterinarian On Call up to 9 pm, 7 days a week. If you have a small animal emergency BEFORE 9 pm please call your Clinic, or our answering service at 315-785-1806.
You can access the VetTriage link on our website: https://cvcpets.com/

We are actively in the recruitment process for new veterinarians to join our team, and hope to have updates soon. We thank you for your continued support and patience.
