It’s puppy week! We are just hanging out this week waiting for puppies to arrive. The box is ready and I’ve cleared most of my calendar so I can be with her all week. I’ve been trying to figure out how to post this for a few days now. Last week Berkeley was showing some odd signs of something being off with her. We had bred her a few weeks prior and I was just waiting for ultrasound to find out if she was pregnant or not. We took her into the vet and did bloodwork and an ultrasound and found out she had a uterine infection. It was quite serious and the only way to fix it was to spay immediately. So she went in asap and had that done. Thankfully we caught it early enough and by doing that right away she’s now doing very well and will be totally fine. If I had waited or 2nd guessed my instincts then she could have gotten septic and possibly died. So as bummed as I am to not be able to have anymore Berkeley babies I would MUCH rather have a healthy Berkeley! She’s literally the best dog and now she will just enjoy the rest of her days with us in retirement. Her sister Kova is still able to breed and we are waiting for her next cycle. So we will still hopefully have mini litters at some point at least for a little while. And we are expecting a micro mini litter in a few weeks from Ivy. Love you all! Thanks 💕

Good news! Momma Ivy is expecting her next litter of micro minis! She’s due approx 10/16 and then pups will go home 8 weeks after they are born. We are taking deposits for this litter now! So just message me :)
