An absolute delight to have in group, this handsome fella is one of the sweetest pups around. We have yet to see him have a bad day and Murphy often functions as our resident cheerleader, making sure everyone has a sufficient amount of pep in their step. Popular among the ladies and without a shy bone in his body, this adorable lad is always in high demand among the daycare pups. And to be honest, among the staff as well. For over 20 years, Karen has been our beloved hospital manager here at Boyd Lake. Throughout the years, she’s kept the hospital running like a well-oiled machine, and while we’ll miss her greatly we’re excited for her latest adventure: much deserved retirement. One of our smaller staff members, this little lady never fails to tend to her yard and make sure all of the pups are having a good time and being taken care of. If any of our daycare doggos get out of line, or just a little too wild and crazy, Security Guard Astrid is there to guide them back to the right side of the law (with a gentle paw, of course). When she does allow herself a break, it’s to gossip with her sister, Rue, or her co-workers. Once all the tea has been spilled, Astrid makes sure to get some compensation in the form of b***y scratches and belly rubs, then goes back on her merry little yard patrol.
