Please be advised that today from 1pm -3pm the hospital will be closed for a staff meeting. During this meeting our phones will be turned off and our lobby will be closed. Please plan ahead for any medication pick-ups or other visits to the hospital today. Our hospital staff will resume normal business practices starting at 3pm.

Update: Our power has been restored and we are fully operational. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and flexibility!

At this time, our hospital does not have power. We are still open, but we are unable to receive phone calls or emails at this time.

If your pet is scheduled for a procedure with us today, you may still leave your pet with us and we will work to complete the procedure once power is restored.

If your pet has an appointment with us before 10am, we will be reaching out shortly to adjust your appointment.

🌡️ Beat the Heat! 🌡️

Heatstroke can happen quickly and become life-threatening for dogs. Watch for signs like excessive panting, drooling, vomiting, weakness, or collapse.

✔️ Provide plenty of fresh water
✔️ Avoid walks during the hottest parts of the day
✔️ Never leave your pet in a parked car
✔️ Seek veterinary care immediately if you suspect heatstroke

A little prevention can go a long way in keeping your pup safe this summer! ☀️🐶

If your pet requires calming medications for the 4th of July please check that you still have those medications on hand at home. If you need a refill on medications please reach out to the hospital as soon as possible to ensure you have those medications on hand once the fireworks and festivities begin.
