Hi Crescent Hill Friends and Family;
We had a couple bring us a deceased, unneutered male brown and white tabby cat that was hit by a car this morning near Old Louisville area. He was wearing a silver beaded collar/bracelet. He did not have a microchip and is being sent for communal cremation. If you think this is your cat, contact us at 502-893-0063. We're sorry for your loss.

Cara needs our help finding her new forever home. ❤️ Cara has been a patient here at Crescent Hill Animal Hospital for several years, and our team has had the pleasure of caring for this sweet girl.

A couple of months ago, Cara began staying at Bark Louisville when her mom became ill. Sadly, her mom has since passed away, leaving Cara in need of a new forever family. Our hearts go out to Cara and her mom's family during this tremendous loss.

Cara is about 8½ years old, 58 lbs, and a Rottweiler mix. She can be timid with new people at first, but given time to feel comfortable, she is incredibly sweet, loving, and laid-back. She does wonderfully with other dogs. We do feel she would have the best, most comfortable life being the only pet in the household.

As Cara's primary veterinary team, we can share that she is up to date on her vaccines, takes Apoquel for seasonal allergies, and has anxiety medication available to help during stressful situations and transitions.

Cara has experienced so much change in a short period of time, and we would love to see her find a safe, loving home where she can settle in and be spoiled. ❤️

Meet Turtle, Little Bit, and Sakura!
These three adorable pups are from the same litter (terrier mix mama) and are 9 weeks old.

Turtle (Male, cream-colored) has had his 2nd round of puppy shots
Little Bit (Female, Brindle) & Sakura (Female, Tri-color) have had their 1st round.

They’re all:
✨ Sweet & friendly
✨ Playful with spunky personalities
✨ Full of so much love to give

We do not expect them to get big at all. Their mama weighs just 14 lbs!

We are SO excited to introduce the newest member of the Crescent Hill Animal Hospital team, Dr. Sarah Keller!

Originally from Pennsylvania, Dr. Keller earned her veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University. She proudly served in the military and brings strong leadership, dedication, and compassion to her work. With over 10 years of experience in both general practice and emergency medicine, she offers extensive knowledge in preventive care, diagnostics, and urgent cases.

One of her most unique experiences was serving as a trail veterinarian for the Idaho Sled Dog Challenge, a qualifier for the Iditarod. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Keller enjoys gardening, endurance training, and horseback riding. She shares her home with her husband, Dan, three horses, two Basset Hounds, and a cat!

We plan to be open tomorrow from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, weather permitting, and expect to return to regular hours (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) on Thursday and Friday.
