You may have noticed that our caller ID has recently been showing up as "Roy Leblanc." We promise we haven't changed our names or hired a mysterious new receptionist. We fixed one phone issue and somehow unlocked a brand-new one instead. Technology is fun like that.

To (hopefully) evict Roy once and for all, our phone system will be rebooting Tuesday night.
