Veterinary care includes many different services to support your pet’s health, and surgery is one of them. In some cases, it may be elective, while in others it is necessary and life saving. We understand that the idea of surgery can bring about feelings of worry, uncertainty, or fear for many pet owners. You may be reflecting on past personal or someone elses experience. Whether positive or challenging, those emotions are completely valid and never overlooked.

Although surgery requires both technical skill and thoughtful care, some veterinarians are naturally gifted in this area. Dr. Duncan is among them. Having performed more than 20,000 + procedures, she brings compassion, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to every surgery, honoring the trust you place in her and our team.

Happy Tuesday pet community. Iroquois Animal Clinic will be closed in honor of the upcoming holiday, Friday June19th. If there are any prescriptions that you are in need of, please give us a call to make arrangements. In addition, July 4th is around the corner. If you know your furbaby is anxious around fireworks, let’s get them set up for success by providing them with something that will keep them calm and you pet parents less worried. The flowers bloom, the pollen flies,
And here come allergies no surprise!
The licking of the paws, the ears that shake,
The sleepless nights for pet parents’ sake.

But don’t fall behind, don’t play catch-up,
Let’s build a plan and level up.
Because comfort starts before things get messy

Although Valentine’s Day is often seen as a day to give love, receive love, and confess love. Let it also be a reminder to live in love every single day.

Love yourself gently.
Love others deeply.
And never forget the pure, unconditional love of those sweet furrrbabies who greet us with wagging tails, soft eyes, and loyal hearts.

Love asks for nothing, yet gives us everything comfort on hard days, laughter in quiet moments, and companionship that fills the spaces words never could.

Due to the current road conditions from the snow, our clinic will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 26th for the safety of our clients and team.
