We love Tidy Tails P**p Scoop Service!! They communicate with you about their arrival and departure time, and even snap a picture to ensure our gate is closed after departure which makes me feel so secure as a pet owner! Myles is super kind and professional, he did a great job cleaning up our yard and is always so kind towards our pups! Would definitely recommend this service to all pet owners, it’s a breeze relying on Tidy Tails!

Tidy Tails Pet Waste Removal did an amazing job for us! The communication was perfect and I was always made aware of every step in the process. We received texts prior to arrival and we received gate photos to let us know they came by and the service was completed. I would recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to worry about my kids stepping in p**p while they play now thanks to them! 5/5 for sure!

We love Tidy Tails! We have 2 schnauzers and 2 Pekingese-all happily very *regular*! Given that we aren’t very reliable at picking up after them, having a service to keep the yard cleaned up is hugely helpful. As we move into spring and summer, most of our evenings are spent outside-not having to check our steps is amazing. The messages when on the way allows us to keep the dogs inside and the “gate check” photo text after service is complete adds great peace of mind.

🐾 We clean the parts of the yard no one wants to deal with. 🐾

The flower beds? Yep. 🌸
Down the hill? We’ve got it. ⛰️
Up the hill? No problem.
Under the deck? We’ll get it.
Along the fence line, behind the bushes, tucked into those hard-to-reach corners… we’re on it. 💩

You enjoy your yard.
We’ll handle the dirty work.

Myles had the opportunity to sit down this morning with BeLocal Louisville for an episode of Ask Louisville and talk all things Louisville — favorite restaurants, hidden gems, local traditions, and what makes this city feel like home.

As a locally owned Louisville business, we’re grateful to be part of this community and to get to share a little bit about the city we love. ❤️

Thank you to BeLocal Louisville and David Meek for having Myles and for giving us the chance to share our Louisville favorites!

Tidy Tails is the best p**p scoop service!

The communication is great through the whole process, from getting set up to providing texts before arrivals and photo confirmations when the job is done!

Owner of the company is also great, very personable and friendly! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable service to clean up your yard!

Services are all very affordable!

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Tidy Tails! Myles is absolutely fantastic—his communication is always clear and timely, which makes scheduling and updates completely stress-free. It’s such a relief knowing we can trust him to take care of everything while we’re away or busy.

One thing that really stands out is his attention to detail and professionalism. He always makes sure the gate is securely closed when he’s finished and even sends a picture for confirmation, which gives us total peace of mind. It’s those little extra steps that show how much he truly cares about his work and his customers.

If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy pet waste removal service, Tidy Tails Pet Waste Removal is the way to go. Highly recommend!
