🐾 **Happy National Dog Day!** 🐾

Some days your dog is your running buddy, adventure partner, therapist, alarm clock, personal trainer… and occasionally the reason you’re late because apparently *that particular blade of grass needed a full investigation.* 😂

But here’s the truth:

Dogs remind us to **show up, enjoy the moment, move our bodies, laugh often, and never underestimate the importance of a good nap.**

They don’t care if we had a productive day.
They don’t care what we accomplished.
They just want to be with us.

So today, celebrate the dog who makes your life better simply by being in it. ❤️

Take the walk. Throw the ball. Share the adventure. Give the extra treat.

And maybe thank your dog for teaching you that sometimes the best part of the day is simply **being together.** 🐾

**Happy National Dog Day! Now go celebrate your best friend!** ❤️🐶

Vanessa Fraser ran the fastest mile of her career. She had a co-pilot on the front end.

The Saucony pro clocked 4:31 at a local road race, pulled by her dog Gigi through a season-best effort that beat her indoor mile PB from her Stanford days.

Fraser is one of the best American 5000m and 10,000m runners of her generation. Seven-time All-American. World Championships mile aspirant. Her indoor mile at Stanford was a 4:42.27. Her outdoor mile until this month sat in the same neighborhood.

Four thirty-one changes the map.

"It feels like you're flying," she said of running with Gigi on a lead.

Canicross is a proper sport. World championships, national teams, ratified world records. On the road, in a local mile, with a dog for encouragement, the ratifiers are not watching. Fraser is not chasing a certified mark. She is chasing a feeling.

The fastest human-dog mile ever run is 4:13. That was Brian Duff and his Weimaraner in Santa Barbara. Fraser and Gigi are in the same conversation now.

Her regular training will not have a lead attached. Some of her best days apparently might.

FROM POWDER TO POWERFUL ~ MILK, EXPLAINED. Powdered, pasteurized, raw, commercially cultured, wild fermented, and guided wild fermented milk may all begin with milk, but what happens next changes the microbial community, living activity, stability, and nutritional character of the finished food.

✨💡✨And here is the distinction worth knowing: fermented tells you that microbial transformation occurred. Living tells you what remains.

A milk can be fermented and later pasteurized, dried or powdered. Likewise, “contains probiotics” does not automatically mean a food is a living fermented matrix.

📍Solutions Pet Products uses GUIDED WILD FERMENTATION, combining the robust, diverse native microbial life of raw milk with selected cultures and raw honey to guide fermentation while preserving the complexity of the original food. An incredibly effective food safety measure, offering billions upon billions of probiotics!

🌟 MILK: Same product category. Different biology. Very different results.

Congratulations to team Lilly! Parker and Evie competed in their first NASDA trial yesterday. As students of my K9 Nosework classes, I am a proud instructor! Amazing accomplishments were had- Parker is 13 going to be 14 and he not only qualified, but he received a high in trial ribbon for a 10 second run in lost item. He definitely understood the assignment.

Evie, who has the least experience in Nose Work having just taken my intro to Nose Work class recently- qualified in every run she attempted in both lost item and urban locating. Neither of them had any experience searching for rats. But odor is odor.!!

Nancy Lilly applied all her handling skills with great success. Combined with patience and good energy She was a great partner to both of them. The judge, Danielle Angel took notice of this team- and at the end of the day awarded Nancy with the judges choice award ribbon for an amazing effort and attitude!

So proud of this team for putting themselves out there no matter what the outcome! This is just the beginning!
