💙 A Special Mini Farewell to One of Our Wonderful Groomers 💙

As many of you know, one of our beloved groomers here Destiny at The Little Dog Lounge will soon be taking a well-deserved five-week maternity leave, beginning Monday, October 12th.

We are absolutely thrilled for her as she prepares to welcome her precious baby boy into the world. This is such a beautiful and exciting chapter in her life, and we couldn’t be happier for her and her growing family. We are already looking forward to meeting her little one! 🍼💙

Before she begins her maternity leave, we will be having a special little farewell at The Little Dog Lounge on Tuesday, October 6th.

We would love for all of our wonderful clients to stop by, if you can, to wish her well and say goodbye before she takes some precious time to enjoy with her new baby boy. Your kind words, warm wishes, and familiar faces will mean so much to her as she begins this very special journey continuing her motherhood.

We will certainly miss her while she is away, but we are so excited for all that lies ahead for her and her family. 💙

🐾 A Friendly Policy Update from The Little Dog Lounge 🐾
Effective September 1, 2026

Our goal is always to provide the very best care, attention, and experience for every pup who walks through our doors. ❤️ As our little dog family continues to grow, we’ve made a few updates to help us keep our days running smoothly and ensure that every pup receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.

Overnight Boarding Pick-Up 🏡🐶
For pups staying with us overnight, we kindly ask that pick-up be completed by 3:00 PM on the scheduled pick-up day.

If your pup stays beyond 3:00 PM, a daycare fee will be added to the regular boarding charge. We completely understand that schedules can occasionally change, so if you anticipate needing a later pick-up, please let our team know whenever possible.

Grooming Drop-Off & Extended Stays ✂️🐾
If your pup has a grooming appointment and you would like to drop them off earlier or have them remain with us for a period of time after their grooming appointment, please speak with a member of our team in advance and receive approval.

Depending on the length of the additional stay, the size of your pup, and their daycare status, an additional fee may apply. This allows us to make sure we have the appropriate staffing and space available to care for everyone comfortably and safely.

A Little Extra Love with Grooming ❤️
For pups who have successfully completed and been cleared through our daycare trial, we are happy to include up to four hours of daycare at no additional charge inclusive of their grooming appointment.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. They allow us to maintain the safe, happy, organized environment that our clients have come to know and love.

The Little Dog Lounge is excited to welcome a part-timThe Little Dog Lounge our dedicated and growing team!

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with dogs and takes pride in providing exceptional care. The position involves caring for our pups while supporting our grooming and boarding staff with the day-to-day needs of our facility.

We are seeking someone who is dependable, energetic, responsible, and flexible, with the ability to work approximately 25–30 hours per week.

Position Details:
• Monday through Friday — weekends off
• Business hours are 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Approximately 25–30 hours per week
• Some flexibility in scheduling is important
• Due to the consistency and flexibility this position requires, we are ideally seeking someone who is not currently enrolled in school. Candidates taking online courses may still be a great fit depending on their availability.
