We’ve had a LOT of questions lately and welcomed so many new followers, so we figured it was time for a little ranch update! 🤠🌾🤎

🐾 What is Mohican Critter Ranch?

Mohican Critter Ranch will be a seasonal, walk-through petting zoo right here in Loudonville, Ohio, opening May 2027!

Here’s just a little of what you can expect:

🐮 Hands-on animal experiences & lots of lovable ranch residents
🐴 Pony rides on select days
🍪 Local sweets & goodies
🛍️ A western-style gift shop filled with stuffed animals, crafts & more
🌾 Products and goodies from local farmers, ranchers & small businesses whenever possible

Our goal is about more than just creating another attraction. We want families to come visit the ranch and then head out to explore the rest of Loudonville and Mohican Country — grab lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy another adventure, shop another small business, and maybe even spend the night at one of our local lodging spots. 🤎

Supporting local businesses helps keep businesses in our town, creates opportunities, and keeps those dollars circulating right here in our community.

Now is the time to take a chance, invest in the community that raised me, and believe in everything this small town can become. The town where I grew up, where my critters slept right on the main street during our amazing street fair, and where so many of my favorite memories were made. 🤎

Here’s to creating something special, bringing families together, supporting our local economy, and helping Loudonville continue to grow and thrive for generations to come. 🌾🤠

And here’s a little sneak peek of our future gift shop! 👀🏚️ Construction will start going up as soon as the property pins are located. Seeing these plans begin to turn into reality makes it all feel that much more exciting!

There truly is no place like home, and I can’t wait to watch this dream come to life right here in Loudonville. 🤎

🤠 DAY 1 AT THE RANCH — COMPLETE! 🌾🐮

Lots and LOTS of mowing today! 😂

Every pass of the mower feels like we’re opening a treasure chest—little by little, we’re uncovering what this property can become. 🤎

There’s a whole lot of work ahead, but watching Mohican Critter Ranch begin to come to life is pretty darn exciting.

One day down. Many more to go! 🚜🌾🐾

🤠 HOWDY, Y’ALL… BIG NEWS! 🤠

We’ve been keepin’ a BIG secret and holdin’ on tighter than a cowboy on a buckin’ bull since November 2025! 🐂🌾 And we’re FINALLY ready to let y’all in on it!

Something exciting is coming to Loudonville, Ohio!

We’ve got BIG plans for this little piece of Mohican Country, and we can’t wait to bring y’all along for the ride as we build our dream from the ground up. 🤎
