Lori Hamilton Dog Training "We create a dog you can take anywhere!"
-Lori Hamilton We find that all tools in a dog trainer’s toolbox have a purpose when used correctly.

Lori Hamilton’s Dog Training is a San Jose-based pet training business that specializes in using balanced dog training teaching methods. This means we use both rewards and corrections to create a communication system between the dog and its owner. By not limiting ourselves to one approach or tool, we open the doors that will make training a positive and effective experience for each dog and its owner. LHDT specializes in creating a dog you can take anywhere. Contact us today for more information!

Up for Adoption: 3/23/2022: Rain is a 5yr old German Shepherd. She is a very sweet, loving, and extremely loyal dog. Her owner is older and has realized that she can't give her the physical needs that she requires. Rain is spayed, trained by LHDT and is looking for a forever home. Rain can be completely off leash, whether she is running in the field or walking by your side. She is also very enjoyable to take out to places such as restaurants and she places and settles very nicely in your home. Previous experience with power breeds or bully breeds is a plus because it shows as an owner that you understand that rules, boundaries, and limitations are a MUST.
To adopt Rain, standard package training is required by LHDT. To learn more about our training style, you can visit our website https://www.lorihdogtrainer.com and check out the success stories!
Please pass this along to good dog owners looking to adopt and understand that leadership is required.

Thank you,
Lori Hamilton

ADOPTED: Bruno is looking for forever home! He is a 17month old neutered male Doberman Pincher. He is up to date on all of his shots and license. Bruno would do well with another large dog but not really with a small dogs Current owner has newly diagnosed medical issues and is looking to rehome him in an active, loving home.

Training: New owner required to continue training with Lori Hamilton. 6 private lesson training sessions come with the adoption of Bruno. Bruno has had 2 weeks of Board and Train completed. Some training with e-collar. He also has had 12 one-on-one training sessions and is signed up for 5 group training sessions beginning at the end of May. (Those sessions would transfer to new owner if unused at time of adoption).

If you are interested in adopting Bruno, please email: [email protected]. Those of you friends of LHDT please share this post so we can find Bruno a loving home! Thanks so much, Lori Hamilton.
