These three did amazing on our walk today — lots of sniffing, exploring, and moving their bodies at their own pace.

We wrapped things up with 5 minutes of lick-mat enrichment to help them decompress, reset, and relax after the walk 🧠✨
Movement + mental stimulation = happy, balanced pups.

13-year-old Chai showing us that enrichment has no age limit 💛 Today’s visit focused on balanced movement + brain work:

🕒 15-minute walk
🎾 15-minute playtime (ball tossing + movement)
🧩 Treat puzzle board time for mental stimulation

Mental enrichment like puzzle boards helps senior dogs stay sharp, confident, and fulfilled—sometimes even more than physical exercise alone.
A tired mind is just as important as a tired body 🐶✨

Post-walk photo 🐾💚

We headed to the park and enjoyed lots of , which was just as important as the physical exercise. Being out in nature gave them great mental stimulation—sniffing and responding to all the scents left behind by other pups 😄

After our walk, I wiped each pup down with Earth Rated wipes and deodorizing pet glove wipes to remove all the little pieces of debris from our time at the park.
