a 501c3 non profit animal rescue in Los Angeles--Please help gentle giant Samson, Belgian Draft Horse and our other special-needs dogs and cats--$10,000 donations are needed for Samson's hernia care and possible surgery. I was a starvation, abuse and neglect case, and was rescued by The Nature Network Inc. I survived sand colic for which I was hospitalized for weeks, and although I am in all other

ways very healthy and energetic, I developed a hernia on my underbelly. If I do not receive the surgery needed soon I will die. Hi everyone! We are looking for people who would like to donate their time to help us with our small (but fierce) 501c3 non-profit--in return for school credit, college units, and letters of recommendation.
We are a non-profit, no-kill rescue organization specializing in special-needs, seniors, and other animals who were dumped in the pound that no one wanted. 100% of all funds are used for rescued animals, no exceptions. Nothing is ever spent on salaries, "expenses", or advertising. We are a REAL non-profit!
We need two things: help with social media/fundraising, and someone with extensive/professional experience in handling spirited horses.
