Our March issue is out with a powerful cover story.

Melanie Pfeiffer found her path in life through her body. She now channels that happiness, optimism and love to others as a professional athlete, coach and trainer, helping people enjoy their lives and their bodies.

A cancer survivor who never knew her father, she defied the odds and became successful anyway. You will be inspired by her story.

In my column “What Our Animals Want Us to Know,” we talk about cat and dog phobia and how to overcome it. I also share my own story about dealing with frog phobia while being an animal communicator.
