Heroic mama cat!!!

She never left their side…

When rescuers found a litter of kittens trapped inside a plastic storage box, they also found their mom nearby. Even though she couldn't get them out herself, the devoted mama cat stayed right there with her babies, refusing to leave them alone until help arrived ❤️

Our goal is to spay and neuter more than 100 cats in June.

If you live in South Los Angeles, Maywood, Huntington Park, Cudahy, Bell, Bell Gardens, Lynwood, South Gate, or Compton, you may qualify for this program.

This is a pay-what-you-can-afford clinic. No one will be turned away because they cannot afford to donate.

Each cat receives:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• Vaccines
• Microchip
• Deworming
• Flea treatment

💜 🐾 Community Kitten of the Day!

This little guy and his siblings were found abandoned in San Fernando and brought to the Granada Hills clinic today. He was too small for surgery, but while she was weighing him, a vet tech named Jocelin fell in love with his sweet nature and velvety gray fur. So she's adopting him and can’t wait to bring this lucky boy home!

A man who once said he didn’t want any cats has completely changed his mind after sharing his home with a growing group of rescue cats that his partner continues to bring in over time.
What started with a single cat gradually turned into a lively household of nine unique personalities, each with their own quirks, habits, and favorite spots around the property.
One outdoor cat who preferred living in the trees inspired an unexpected project. Noticing how much time the cat spent climbing and resting above the ground, he decided to make life easier by building wooden steps and platforms to help it move safely.
That simple idea soon grew into something much bigger: a full treehouse-style structure designed specifically for the cats to climb, rest, and play in comfort.
Now, what was once a “no cats” household has become a space filled with creativity, care, and constant building projects to make life better for every rescued animal that arrives.
