Place command one of the best things you can teach your dog. It’s so helpful in every situation to be able to ask your dog to go hang out on place. Place is on anything, be it a bed or a small rug. When I am traveling with the dogs and they’re nervous about being in a new place, this is the best. I just put them on place and they chill.

What a good boy this guy is his name is Pooh-bah he is super chill and well behaved, but he kind of runs the show. He does run the show. So even though he’s a good boy when he sees a squirrel, he takes off and he pulled his mom over and could’ve heard her really bad so his mom is older and we need to make sure that doesn’t happen and that he stays safe so he is learning the E collar and we are getting Mom to be better at running the show instead of him but what a pleasure to work with this dog. Makes me miss my white Shepherd’s.

This is the dad that snagged Iggy (we got her back and all is good) but the mom and dad took off thru neighbors yard and then the pups started barking when they smelled Atlas. This went on for 3-5 min. Time Coyote time 6:50

This is Milo, we fostered him for almost 10 months. I trained him, I worked with him and I championed him to find a forever home. One dog at a time. He wasn’t perfect and he had a lot of quirks, but I was able to find him a good home and they treated him like the prince he was.
One day after I got Milo a fresh haircut, so I could photograph him for finding a home. We were in the spare bedroom on this beautiful little blanket and Mouse my white Shepherd came in and gave him a sniff. Milo was okay with Mouse, but as you can see, she was much bigger than him. In the second photo, you can see his headshot turned out great and in the end after months we found him a new home.

We’ve had many foster dogs come through our home, sometimes it’s hard at first but in the end, we are always so happy to help these beautiful little creature find homes. 💚 Letting go of Milo was hard but it was best for the dynamics in our home with our other dog Nelson (the boss).

This photo popped up the other day and I just thought it was so cute, I had to share it.
