I don’t have to scroll very far in my camera roll before I’m completely overwhelmed by how much I love the individuals who call this sanctuary home. Every photo is a reminder of a friendship, a story, a little personality, a moment that mattered.

I hope this little montage of love makes you smile. It’s been one of those seasons where it feels like so many people are carrying heavy things, and I keep finding myself wishing I could just hug everyone a little tighter. Since I can’t do that, maybe this can serve as a small virtual hug instead.

Hey guys, here’s a little Matilda the baby chicken update and also everybody’s least favorite thing… especially mine: a fundraiser. 😅

What are we fundraising for, you ask? Absolutely everything. The John Deere is still broken, our funds are pretty depleted, and there are about five different projects we’d love to get started but can’t quite tackle yet. You know, the usual sanctuary life.

If you’re able to donate even a little something, it means the world to us and is so appreciated. But if you’re in a position to become a monthly sponsor for one of our animals, that helps even more. Being able to predict and plan for what’s coming in each month makes the life of rescue so much more manageable.

We can’t do this alone. This sanctuary belongs to all of us, and the animals belong to themselves. There’s something really beautiful about that.

Hello Friends!!!

We are so excited for our upcoming First Saturday Market. We have 20 amazing vendors to kick off Pride Month! June is a time to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and the LGBTQ+ community!

We welcome everyone to celebrate Pride Month with us. Love Always Sanctuary is a place of compassion, community and love. We are so blessed to have such amazing vendors, volunteers and guests.

Come early, as the first 50 guests through the gate will receive a pride fan! Perfect to beat the heat and show your pride!

We will also have a fun photo area, music and lots of fun!

We invite everyone to celebrate with us. We look forward to seeing you on June 6th!!

A few years ago we rescued our guardian dog Bear. His biological brother Basil just so happens to live next door which sounds sweet and wholesome in theory, but in reality it’s mostly two giant fluffy brothers screaming at each other through a fence like an old married couple.

Also before anyone says anything, yes, we know Bear looks slightly unhinged right now. We are actively losing the battle against his winter coat 🤦‍♀️
