Ride On and Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center are looking for experienced riding instructors, full and part time with benefits, to work at one of our four facilities. Our programs include adaptive riding, Physical, Occupational, & Speech and Language therapy, veterans, able-bodied beginning, intermediate and advanced lessons working with a large team of inspired professionals and some amazing equines. Your team members are leaders in the education and development of the profession, and you will be working in a motivating, supportive and learning environment. Ride On is a US Equestrian Federation Center of Excellence for Para Equestrian Dressage and a Path International Premier Accredited Center. Candidate must have a strong riding and teaching background. Tasks include lunging, riding a variety of horses and teaching safe, fun and effective lessons to riders of all levels. Must be a team player, and able to communicate with all participants thoughtfully and professionally. PATH, Pony Club, CHA, USDF certifications a plus!
