Furry Foundation A small but mighty 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable cats in Los Angeles.

From South America to South Los Angeles, Furry Foundation is dedicated to caring for abandoned, neglected, abused, injured and feral animals that find themselves living in public spaces with little to no assistance. The Furry Foundation is 100% volunteer driven and operated, no salaries or compensation whatsoever.

As a rescue, we are close to our local shelters to help the most vulnerable. Friends of North Central Shelter - Los Angeles Animal Services ALWAYS gives animals the best chance at life. There’s a stigma behind shelters. Shelters never want to kill. They have incredible staff and volunteers that work tirelessly to find fosters and homes. If you don’t adopt from a rescue, please adopt from your city or county shelter system. There’s nothing wrong with the animal - they just may need some extra love which we all have to give. ❤️

This little, snuggly angel would love a forever home for the holidays! 😇 Cappy is a young guy, neutered and fully vaccinated. He loves toys and play time but is also a loveable lap cat. He is blind in one eye but that doesn’t stop him from being just like any other cat. He would do well solo or in a home with another playful cat or dog. 🧢

These two! Cookie and Pip had a rough start to their lives. They have become best friends and total cuddle bugs - full of joy! Two cats, 1 working eye. 😉 Cookie has 1 eye and Pip is completely blind.
