Our wonderful client took Sprout in as he recovered from surgery and has been fostering him for a year. At 77 years old, she feels she cannot give him the life he deserves as a high energy herding breed so we are helping her find the perfect home.
Here’s some of what she said about the ideal adopter:
Sprout needs an adopter with affection for his breed type. He needs someone able to continue his training and to provide ample opportunity for activity and mental stimulation. He needs access to outdoor space, and he needs someone able to recognize and respond not only to his energy, athleticism and intelligence, but also to his tenderness.
