Bat mobile or not, that was a great loaf. I ended up adding cocoa powder to my start which intensified it. Homemade vanilla and dark chocolate chips. The first two were pretty bland, so #3 was perfect. Cheehoo!

Mahalo, Uncle Tony for the beautiful banana plants! This experience has been one of the hardest but most fruitful (pun intended) for us spiritually. To connect with the Mother and my soul, has set off an alarm for a spiritual awakening. Growing food and caring for the aina has brought me such peace with the creator. No matter what happens in life, we keep moving forward and let God handle the rest.

Broody B got to hatch chicks after feeling sorry for her. I had to remove the eggs daily so they don't start developing but she out stubbrones me and I gave in. She's on 5, so I'm hoping they all hatch. Sorta. 🙈🤣
