đź’š Paradise đź’š
I guess it’s time to introduce the new guy!
Paradise is a mini Aussie/american. Just turned 13 weeks and weighed in at 8.6 pounds đź’ž
I was asked to eval his litter by a friend who was interested in adopting an Aussie. I loved another puppy in the litter but he didn’t test well for sports, he was a perfect pet dog. My friend instead offered we share him. So I reluctantly agreed, almost backed out twice, then decided to just try him out and if it was miserable he’d go to his other mom. Instead he decided to be perfect.
He’s confident, has a great off switch, loves tug and working for food. Nothing fazes him, he’s already made multiple cross country trips, gone to multiple shows, and made so many new friends
He’s made friends with everyone in my group including his best friend Cheese the cat. We joke that Cheese thinks Paradise is his son. They play together with toys, wrestle, groom and cuddle each other. When Paradise first came home, he wasn’t even quite 3 pounds yet, so even my smallest dogs were too big to be his friend. He quickly made friends with all the cats instead
He is a ray of sunshine, love and happiness with a little side of sass. We’re hoping he enjoys agility for his other owner, and I hope he loves frisbee and dock diving so I can steal him more often. For now he’s with me as he grows and continues learning 🥰
