Few days ago we celebrated world mental health day. Please take a moment to read through this:
Vet Medicine staff faces 2-4 times higher su***de risk than the general population. Research has shown that we deal with many risk factors like compassion fatigue, high burnout rate, and financial pressures.
At PACK we do not take any of these risk factors easily, and it was one of the main reasons why we wanted to create a safe space for our staff and us by creating our clinic.
Our team is our family, we deeply care for them and will always give our best to provide them with a positive work environment and good work life balance.
