🐾 IMPORTANT SCHEDULING REMINDER 🐾

September is already filling up—and once it’s full, it’s full! Beginning September 1st, we will be holding ourselves accountable to our new scheduling system. Our schedule will be tighter, and we will no longer be overbooking ourselves—but we need your help to make this work!

The best way to stay on our schedule is to book your next appointment at pickup. The second-best option is to book as soon as you receive your six-week reminder. If possible, we strongly encourage booking several appointments in advance!

Keeping your pet on a consistent 4, 6, or 8-week schedule—depending on their breed and coat—offers so many benefits:

🐾 Less matting and compacted undercoat
🐾 A more comfortable grooming experience
🐾 Less stress and anxiety for your pet
🐾 Shorter, easier grooming appointments
🐾 Less wear on our tools
🐾 Potential savings by avoiding extra matting or coat-condition fees

We absolutely love our clients and want to continue caring for every one of your pets. However, we cannot continue overbooking ourselves the way we have for the past two years. An organized schedule will allow us to give each pet the time, care, and attention they deserve while also getting everyone home at a reasonable time!

🐾 IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE 🐾

Starting September 1st, we’ll be changing the way we schedule grooming appointments. Each dog or family of dogs will be dropped off at their scheduled grooming time unless other arrangements are made beforehand.

Don’t worry! We can still accommodate daycare for clients who need to drop off and pick up before/after work. Just let us know ahead of time. 😊

Until now, we’ve scheduled baths in the mornings and haircuts in the afternoons because it worked best for our bather and the majority of our clients. However, we’re receiving more and more requests for individual appointment times instead of morning drop-offs.

We’ve also been working 14–16-hour days and missing far too much time with our children. So, for a while, things are going to look a little different around here!

Our goal is simple: no overbooking and no more late nights. Our kids need us! and we know you guys want your dogs home, too! 😂🐶💕

Thank you for being patient with us while we make this adjustment. We truly appreciate every one of you!
