🐾 Important Announcement 🐾

Happy Paws Dog Salon & Spa will be closed this Friday, October 16th, as we will be attending the funeral of one of our beloved clients.

Over the years, our clients become so much more than just customers. They become part of our Happy Paws family. ❤️

We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we take this time to pay our respects and honor their memory.

All Friday appointments will be contacted to reschedule.

🎄❤️ A Little Holiday Announcement from Happy Paws! ❤️🎄

After 5 years of working myself to the point of exhaustion every Christmas season, I’ve made a promise to myself that this year will be different! 🥰

I absolutely LOVE what I do, and I love making all your sweet babies beautiful for the holidays! But somewhere along the way, I’ve spent so much time making Christmas special for everyone else’s families that I’ve missed out on truly enjoying it with my own. ❤️

So this year, I will be limiting the number of grooming appointments I accept during the holiday season!

🐾 If you’re wanting your babies groomed before Thanksgiving or Christmas, PLEASE go ahead and schedule your November and December appointments as soon as possible!

🎅 Once my schedule is full, it’s FULL! I won’t be squeezing in extra appointments or working myself into the ground this year.

My kids deserve a mama who isn’t completely exhausted by Christmas morning, and I deserve to enjoy a little of that Christmas magic too. 🎄❤️

🐾 A Friendly Reminder From Happy Paws dog Salon and Spa🐾

We love what we do, and we truly appreciate our clients and the trust you place in us to care for your pets. ❤️

That being said, we want to make one thing very clear:

Disrespectful behavior, rude comments, yelling, or bad attitudes toward ANY member of our staff will not be tolerated!!! For any reason whatsoever!!

We understand that delays can be frustrating. We understand that everyone has bad days. But we work with living animals, and sometimes unexpected situations happen. If a pet in our care has a medical issue, becomes overly stressed, or needs immediate attention, that animal’s health and safety will ALWAYS come before staying perfectly on schedule.

Our staff works incredibly hard to accommodate our clients, care for every dog as if they were our own, and make each grooming experience as safe and comfortable as possible. They deserve the same kindness and respect that we give our clients and their pets.

If there is ever a concern, we are more than happy to have a respectful conversation and work toward a solution. But mistreating our staff will result in the termination of grooming services.

Please be kind. Please be patient. And please remember that behind every appointment is a human being doing their very best for your dog. 🐶❤️

October is and has always been one of the busiest months at Happy Paws dog Salon and Spa! We’re already pretty Booked up, and with our new scheduling system we won’t be able to accommodate as many dogs as previous years. We’ve actually cut down our Grooming dogs to around half of what we were doing per day. So please do us all a favor and Book your October Appointments asap! (I know yall are tired of hearing this on repeat every month so here’s Walter the most Beautiful Newfie around to make you smile 😊) 🫶💕 use the link below to Book those appointments out!
