💔 In Loving Memory of Sweet Heidi 🐾

Last week, a very special girl passed away. Heidi boarded with us so many times over the years that she and her family became part of our family, and Heidi truly became one of our own.

When you care for a dog that often, you learn all the little things that make them who they are — including the fact that Heidi could find a pill hidden in food faster than we could hide it. We had to come up with new and increasingly creative ways to disguise her medication just to stay one step ahead of her. She definitely kept us on our toes.

Heidi leaves behind a family who loved her deeply and her constant companion, Fritz. Those two were attached at the hip, and our hearts especially go out to him as he adjusts to life without his best girl by his side.

We are so grateful we got to know Heidi, care for her, laugh because of her, and love her like one of our own.

Rest easy, sweet Heidi. You will always be part of our family. 🌈❤️

🆘 WE NEED 9 FOSTERS. PLEASE HELP US MAKE SPACE. 🆘

Pet Circle is so full that dogs are currently being housed in temporary pop-up kennels. We are out of space and desperately need your help getting dogs out of the shelter so we don’t have to make incredibly difficult decisions.

🏡 Five dogs need temporary fosters for rescue transport:
❤️ Aura, rescue transport Sept. 26
❤️ Echo, rescue transport Sept. 26
❤️ Amulet, rescue transport Sept. 26
❤️ Marshmallow, pending
❤️ Sweetie, pending

🐾 Four more desperately need a break from the shelter:
❤️ Avila
❤️ Herbert
❤️ Davis
❤️ Brad

Even a temporary foster home makes a HUGE difference right now. Every dog that leaves the building opens a kennel for another dog in need.

Nine foster homes will give us nine desperately needed spaces.

If you’ve ever thought about fostering, now is the time. Please help us create space and give these dogs a safe, comfortable place to land. ❤️

Can you take one? Please reach out to Pet Circle today.

Can’t foster? SHARE. The person who can help one of these dogs may be on your friends list. 🙏
