It’s that time of year again! Our annual Thanksgiving Day “Butch 5k” Turkey Trot will be Thanksgiving morning at 9am. Doors open at 8am and your entry fee is one non-perishable food item for donation to Graces Kitchen. Please wait till we post the wish list to see what they need this year.
You can walk, run or hang out at the gym and have a free Bloody Mary. We don’t care as long as you donate! See you Thanksgiving Day!

If you haven’t taken Foundations, you need to! It’s a requirement for new members and it is absolutely essential if you want to make more progress in the gym and remain injury free.
