Help Wanted: Part-Time Dog Waste Removal Tech

We are seeking extremely reliable, hard working team members who are true self-starters and go-getters. Ideal candidates thrive working independently outdoors, take pride in thorough and consistent work, and can manage daily routes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client properties on assigned routes to remove dog waste from yards and make sure gates are securely closed upon leaving.
- Use provided tools (scoops, rakes, bags, sanitizer etc.) to collect and dispose of dog waste properly.
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing questions or concerns courteously.
- Occasionally assist with marketing efforts, such as distributing flyers or door hangers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided).
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to walk, scoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in outdoor environments.
- Comfort working with pet waste and handling cleaning tools/chemicals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Background check may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping, cleaning, or pet-related services is very helpful but not required
- Familiarity with local neighborhoods and navigation apps.
- Passion for animals and comfortable working independently and outdoors
Position Details:
- 2-3 days a week. Flexible start time around 7-9am
- Routes take 6-7 hours typically
- $18/hr during training, after training $20-$22/hr
- Quarterly performance based bonuses
- A thorough training rundown. No scoop experience required.
- Major holidays and weekends off.
- A company vehicle and company work phone to complete your routes
