🐾 A Friendly Reminder from Piper’s Spaw! 🐾

We want to keep our salon as clean, comfortable, and safe as possible for all of our furry clients! ❤️

We have monthly pest control done at the salon, but unfortunately, fleas can still occasionally make their way in with pets. If your pet is found to have fleas during their appointment, they may need to be sent home to be treated before returning to the salon. This is simply to help prevent fleas from spreading to other pets.

We kindly ask that you keep your pets on a regular flea prevention/treatment routine. If you know your pet has fleas, please let us know ahead of time so we can take the proper precautions. No judgment — we just want to keep everyone safe and comfortable! 🐶🐱

⏰ Appointment Reminder:
We also want to remind everyone of our 48-hour cancellation policy. We have had several last-minute cancellations recently, as well as appointments where pets have not arrived on time. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved specifically for your pet, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill that spot.

We completely understand that things happen! ❤️ We just ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible, and please let us know if you are running late.

Thank you so much for understanding, respecting our policies, and helping us keep Piper’s Spaw a happy and healthy place for everyone! 🐾
