Please help us welcome our newest DVM, Dr. Evan Hendrickson!

“I grew up in southern Illinois before moving to the Carolinas, where my passion for animals and science eventually led me to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University before going on to earn my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University.

I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine, with special interests in surgery and exotic animal medicine. One of the most rewarding parts of being a veterinarian is building lasting relationships with clients and helping them provide the best possible care for their beloved companions. I am excited to meet pet owners in the Longwood community and develop meaningful relationships while caring for their pets throughout every stage of life.

My wife and I moved to the area in June 2026. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy fishing, playing the guitar, spending time outdoors camping or hiking, and going on adventures with my wife! At home, I have an orange cat named Lani, who keeps life entertaining and reminds me every day why I love what I do.
