Our towel shelves are looking a little too bare and with lots of animals to keep clean, dry, and comfy we could really use your help!

Have old towels taking up space at home? We'll take them! New or gently used, our shelter animals can put them to good use.

Donations accepted and appreciated, Tuesday through Saturday from 12pm to 5pm.

Grab the towels, pack the tennis balls, and prepare for some serious doggy paddling... DOG DAYS OF SUMMER is almost here!

Next SATURDAY, August 15, from 10:00 a.m. to noon, the dogs are taking over INGRAM POOL for a morning full of splashing, zoomies, soggy fur, and absolutely no respect for the “no running” rule.

LACAC will be there to help check rabies vaccinations and keep the PAW-ty running smoothly. Please don't forget to bring proof of your pup’s up-to-date rabies vaccination and a $3 entrance fee. (No rabies certificate, no entry.)

Come make a SPLASH with us! We promise the wet-dog smell will be WORTH IT! 💦🥳

Come adopt a shelter pet! They’ll be smiling because they found a family... and you’ll be smiling because ADOPTION FEES are WAIVED!

Make a difference and adopt a shelter pet! We'll be open from 12 to 5pm, located at 303 H.G. Mosley Pkwy, Longview, TX 75604.

Attention passengers! The 5:00 a.m. “Furst Class Express” has officially departed.

Destination: New lives.
Onboard snacks: Probably.
Personal space: Absolutely not.

While the rest of East Texas was still hitting snooze, our staff, volunteers, and transport partners were loading up a van full of future couch potatoes, professional treat inspectors, and certified good boys and girls.

We’re wishing this crew safe travels as they head toward the best destination of all; families to call their own. Now go make us proud and try not to embarrass us by immediately stealing someone’s shoe.

Our Cartoon Litter made quite the SPLASH this morning! đź’¦

SpongeBob, Powerpuff Girl, Flintstone, and their siblings (known as the Cartoon Litter) enjoyed a PUPPY PLAYGROUP filled with running, splashing, and plenty of playtime. These puppies are currently some of our longest residents, having spent TWO MONTHS in our care. Because they’ve now received four rounds of vaccines, they were finally able to safely enjoy this special time together outside, and judging by these pictures, they made the most of it!

They’re also helping us get ready for our upcoming Dog Days of Summer event! Join us SATURDAY, AUGUST 15, from 10 a.m. to noon at INGRAM POOL for even more fun in the water.

Until then, enjoy the Cartoon Litter’s pool-day debut and remember, these little stars are STILL WAITING FOR HOMES of their own!
