Hey everyone! We want to take a moment to talk about something really important.. MATTING in dog coats.

Brushing out severe matting is not only extremely painful for your pup, but it can also cause skin irritation, bruising, and stress. We love every dog that comes through our doors, and their comfort and safety will always come first. ❤️

Because of this, we will not brush out severe matting. In these cases, the only humane option is to shave the mats off so your dog can start fresh and feel comfortable again.

Going forward, customers will be asked to sign a waiver if their pet has severe matting, acknowledging that shaving is the safest choice for your dog’s health and wellbeing.

We LOVE pampering your fur babies, but unfortunately, we’ve had a high number of no call/no shows this month. This really impacts our small business — it takes away time slots that could’ve gone to another pet in need of care.

🔔 Going forward, we will be enforcing our no call/no show policy:

❌ No call/no show = $25 Fee added to your next appointment
📆 2 or more no shows may result in limited future booking privileges

We understand that life happens, but please give us a quick call or message if you need to cancel or reschedule. It helps us stay on schedule and continue providing the best care for all our clients.
