Im currently working on next year's schedule. What goes into scheduling?

We have 200 active clients.

- ✅️ Putting everyone down for the weeks they prefer 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12 weeks apart.

🛁 Making sure i have the days down that work best for our clients

✂️ Routing our areas so we arent in kalama for our first client, then longview, then Castle Rock and back to Kalama.

🍁 Scheduling our days so we have a good mix of bath, haircuts, small and large dogs.

🐕 Making sure we get a day off 🤣

🚐 Not over booking our days incase we get sick, the van comes across an issue, our clients need to reschedule, the weather (winter and ice)

We truly appreciate everyones flexibility, understanding and compassion. We value each one of our clients. We form such bonds with our clients and their pups ❤️

Shedding, let's talk about it. Dogs, depending on size and type of coat your pup can have 3-15 strands of fur per follicle. They can have thousands of hair follicles.

Why shedding happens- the undercoat helps keep dogs cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Right now the weather is going from cold to hot (in the 80s!) The dead undercoat is being released from the folicles to prevent the dog from over heating when the weather turns warm. Other factors such as diet, stress and over all health of your pup can also determine how much your pup sheds.
