It’s finally a little cooler…. The morning air was fresh and a little chilly and the evening crickets and softer light remind me how lucky I am, right here and right now, to be alive in the most beautiful spaces and places 💗🦄

Our Yoga & Sound Bath event is TOMORROW July 26, from 1-3:30pm! Joy Childress (joychildress.com) will share her knowledge of astrology and her skills as a teacher and sound healer in this unique outdoor event. We are in West Longmont, right next to Clover Basin.

The goats and dogs will join us in our shaded and breezy grove while we flow, integrate, and relax!

Tickets are $50 for the 2.5 hour event, but DM me with your email, and you will receive a $15 discount!

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Minnie (Minerva) is recovering at home from a scary blunt force trauma incident at the barn that resulted in a pneumothorax and respiratory distress about 10 days ago. Vet recheck confirmed bruising that is healing nicely and more down time for this sweet girl. She’s a special one! So happy she’s alive and well 😻😻😻
